I visited some family in Soweto on Sunday afternoon.  Upon driving back to the West Rand, my car broke down on a dark and bad section of the highway. Fortunately I could press my SOS-HelpMe Cellphone Panic Button and your call centre agent called me back in a few seconds.  Within about 11 minutes, my car was on the back of a break down tow-truck and taken to my service center, while my family and I were safely on our way home. Now THAT is what I call excellent customer & emergency service”!

“Unmatched Service Excellence”!

An evening out with the kids turned into a vehicle break-down on the N2 highway in Port Elizabeth. Just before the Cape Road off-ramp, my vehicle suddenly goes into “Limp Mode” and I am forced to stop along  the side of the road.  I pressed my SOS HelpMe Panic on my Smart Watch and your call center phoned me back almost immediately.  The call center immediately tracks my location and informs me that I need to attempt to proceed away from that area, if I can, as it was rated as a high-crime hotspot.  As my vehicle could only drive at about 20 km/h in limp mode, it was a quite adifficult task to perform quickly.  The call center contacted the SAPS and within about 2 minutes a SAPS vehicle arrived and escorted us to the closest filling station just off Cape Road in Pickering street.  Within around 7 minutes, my vehicle was on the back of a low-bed tow truck from Precision Towing who are the accredited AA contractors in that area linked as a SOS HelpMe partner. Thank You SOS HelpMe for an uncomplicated, professional emergency service delivery!

Arriving home on a Friday after work in Pretoria, tired and in a hurry to rush through a shower in order to attend a church meeting, I get to my automated gate and press my remote – and nothing happens!  After pressing it a few times, I reaslise this is going nowhere, so I pressed my SOS HelpMe cell panic button and receive a call back from your control room within seconds.  Your friendly agent assisted me by having one of your accredited maintenance contractors phone me and explain to me how to bypass the gate motor in order for me to enter my gate and the following day he came out and resolved the matter for me in a flash”.
